[QCLUG] December Meeting

We're all just guys that attend the meetings ;-)

I think it'd be good to keep the usual 2nd Tuesday, which means
Augustana for December, but I'm also going to be in Germany for a bit
of December so I'm not sure if I'll be able to attend the 1st or 2nd
Tuesday, so it doesn't matter to me all that much.
