well its not even a year old and my asus p5n-d board has failed

i noticed the power flicker on and then off , system failed to power on
after this point. i begun looking at what
might be the problem at first i thought it was a power supply tested with a
know working unit with all hardware
removed from board and different video cards and nothing all that happens is
you get the first spin up when powers
applied the board green light stays on then nothing. ( same with original ps
too ) (power button was tested )

i have RMA'ed the asus board and waiting for response maybe some other
issues i had with this board could be due
to it being defective. ( i did find that it got pretty hot for not having a
fan , i had added one to the mb chipset to help with
its abnormal heat , side note my case has enough fans in it 7-80MM fans
.... /sigh )

well all parts i have are all under warranty , its sad that the board died
before a year was up and i have read high reviews
about Asus 's Motherboards
