Quad city area i believe is still on 12.x.x.x .
at least everyone i know that has cable still has the old ATT ip addys
my speed has been all over the map from 300kbps to 18000kbps
its funny at times my up speed has been higher then my down ... and seems to
stay pretty consistent
1200k ~ 1500k
actually im thinking the modem is going bad it seems to work after being
reset but after awhile locks in @3000k - 5000k and slower ping times ~ it
looks like it goes up and hits a wall ~ what sad is my service hits 3M which
is there basic service and lower
