[QCLUG] forum? and mediacom speed tests

PHPBB2 has no trouble driving the processor usage on a 4x 400Mhz Pentium2
box to 100% -- and that's just from hits on the threads, no posting. It
really would take an incredible email load to use that much power. I'm with
Arron on the server footprint point.
