Since we don't have much time, I recommend we go for CIPAFilter for the
May meeting.

As I see it after the May meeting our choices are:

1. Use the Bettendorf Library.

or

=20

2. Rotate between CIPAFilter  and Bettendorf Library.

I think the good news is, that all the options are good.
