It's certainly possible, just like voice recognition is possible, but of =
course it would be very demanding.   I've never heard of such an app, if =
it exists.   It would probably be easier to google search for midi =
versions of the song you're interested in,  unless you're musical, in =
which case you could learn how to use midi software and do the =
transcription yourself.

An interesting idea, but it would be pretty hard to identify all the =
different instruments in the WAV file to be able to map those separately =
programmatically.
