[QCLUG] Drive-In Theater (Not LUG related)

Well to answer a couple of questions they have had multiple complaints over
the construction of the drive-in as we have progressed. First they said that
they did not want us to use the shared well for our water consumption. We
then agreed to pay to have city water run from the
hwy 61 almost a mile back to the drive-in property. The next stage is
they complained that we be generating too much noise and light. I
cannot speak that much into that. I can say that
there is a 450 feet of a lake, and 150 feet of a large preexisting tree line
that surrounds the drive-in between the closest trailer and screen 2. The
screens are also faced away from the trailer park so the light from the
projectors should reflect away from them. We have also gotten a road
approved, and land agreements to have a 3/4 mile road built so that traffic
will exit via Y-48 on the opposite side of the trailer park. Our property is
also zoned M-1 Light Industrial. Which means that it's not really our fault
that they choose to put a residential trailer park next to an industrial
zone.
Either way
any thing I could say about their motive for this would be conjecture,
and I won't do that.

I like the idea of the Petition because people actually have to click
something, then type some things,
and then there name is on a public list. I just feel it's a better judge of
people who are signing it because they are actually interested in it.
