[QCLUG] Using Synaptic to backup and restore all of your installed programs

About a year, maybe more, ago I asked some people how to backup the list 
of installed programs so I wouldn't have to go through the entire 
process when I reinstalled Ubuntu. Thanks to a man named Rambo T. I 
found a great way to do it using Synaptic Package Manager. If you 
haven't tried this you may want to take a look at the Blog I wrote about

and I have tried the procedure a number of times. I works great.
