I Finally got my board back got the system set back up and every thing work=
ed perfect for about 4 hours same flicker and now same problem system =
board has green led on board lit yet system will not power on. this =
is a completely different board then the one i had ( different mac addresse=
s on ethernet card ) same damn problem. besides a failing board again=
could another device be taking out the system and take 4 hours to do somet=
hing? the computer worked perfectly and was displaying perfect status for t=
emps. The board i have is an asus p5n-d mother board its still being sold g=
ona start some google searches to see how many problems people are having w=
ith um ..... so if anyone would like to help it would be much appriac=
aited. <br>

damn thats alot of bad luck .. Nope the boards made with japan solid based =
caps <br>they have had the board since monday i think its gona be a long mo=
nth they say they have a 10 day turn around<br>so like 2 weeks excluding ho=
lidays and weekends so i should hear something by next week.<div>

On the topic of failing motherboards, never buy anything made by Soyo. I ha=
d 3 of them die in two different builds. One was DOA and replaced under war=
ranty; the other two died after approximately a year each of service.<div>

I've had failures with Abit (just announced they are out of the<br>
motherboard business) and PC chips mobos but never had a problem with<br>
Asus, guess you're just lucky Noah. Did you notice any bulging<br>
capacitor cans?<br>
